This past week, Prince Albert Grand Council hosted the 40th Saskatchewan First Nations Winter Games attracting over 4,000 athletes and coaches for a week of sports and cultural activities.
Out of 13 Tribal Councils and Independent bands competing, the Agency Chiefs Tribal Council took first place with 300.25 points (11 Gold, 6 Silver, 7 Bronze). The Battlefords Agencies Tribal Chiefs took home the Tony Cote Award.
