The digital edition of our latest issue (February/March 2015) has just been released and features the late Lacy Morin-Desjarlais on the cover in a picture that truly captures her true artistry, which was photographed by Blaire Russell.

Inside we wanted to pay tribute to Lacy and the other artists, Michele Sereda, Michael Green and Narcisse Blood, who all passed away in that tragic car accident last month just north of Regina, SK. We asked some of those people who knew them best to share their memories and kind words for each of these influential artists, and we can only hope we did them justice.

Although the cover and centrefold story centres around Lacy, it was because she was a writer and reporter for this magazine RezX. As a staff and editorial board, we felt we had to honour her in the best way we only know how, through a story that captures her life as the beautiful artist and person she was. We hope this issue that will remember her for years to come, along with the other artists who perished.

It was a very tough issue to put together which took a lot out of all of us, but was very necessary and not without a lot of thought, emotion and hard work writing and gathering content.

The print edition will be available later this week, but for now you can read the digital edition below. You can also subscribe to the print edition here; https://rezxmag.com/subscribe/
