RezX TV Open Audition Call For “Indigenous / Metis” Male Co-Host + Male or Female Reporters

RezX needs a new co-host to accompany Erin Goodpipe every week!

After two successful seasons of being entertained by the charisma of co-hosts Erin Goodpipe and Cadmus Delorme on RezX TV – this amazing duo will be no more, as Cadmus left the show earlier this year to lead his community as Chief of Cowessess First Nation. We wish him the best of luck.

With that, Erin Goodpipe has continued on as the shows only host until now. The producers of RezX are now in search of a replacement to accompany Erin Goodpipe every week on the popular weekly TV show. So we are searching for an Indigenous or Metis, Male or Female Co-Host ages 18-36 to fill the moccasins that Cadmus has left.

Open Auditions for an “Indigenous or Metis, Male  Co-Host Ages 18-36” + Reporters (Male or Female) will be held at Access studios on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 from 6-8pm (2250 Park St, Regina, SK S4N 7K7). Please note, preference will be given to male cohosts, but audition is still open to all.

For Co-Host applicant, you must be a resident of Regina or the surrounding area or at least plan to be living in Regina between the shooting period of October 2016 – January 2017. Please bring a resume, dress casual. You will be doing 2 audition videos; one by yourself and one with Erin. Please show up 15 mins before shooting time.

Auditions will also be held for Reporters, as you must be a resident of Saskatchewan (not only Regina) for this position, as we are interested in both male and female reporters, who can report from their own communities.

Audition videos will then be posted online at www.rezxmag.com for a 1st Round of Voting, where viewers can vote everyday for 2 weeks. The Top 3 finalists will make it to the second round where producers of the show will select the eventual winner to serve as a co-host with Erin Goodpipe.

This is currently a volunteer based position, however the benefits of being a RezX Co-Host include; representing our show at public appearances, covering events and interviewing almost anyone you can think of! It is also great reference for your resume and helps you build relations with those in the community.

RezX is an Indigenous Lifestyles Show for Everyone meant to empower non-Indigenous and Indigenous Youth! RezX TV is produced in associated with Access Communications Ltd., and is aired every Sunday at 8:30pm on Access 7 (the community channel for Access Communications) in 104 communities in Saskatchewan with a potential viewing audience of 238,000 people.
