VIDEO: How to Make Bannock (with Erin Goodpipe and Rodger Ross)

During Episode 9 of RezX (TV), we shot a cooking segment with co-host Erin Goodpipe and Rodger Ross. In the segment, our guest Rodger taught Erin how to bake bannock, but also taught her about the history of bannock and how Indigenous people adopted it from Europeans.

Rodger W. Ross, is a filmmaker and a story teller. So for those who have yet to meet him, this is a good segment about story telling as it is about bannock.
