Saskatchewan Roughriders receiver/returner Weston Dressler has been named a CFL Player of the Month.
Dressler was named Special Teams Player of the Month after an electrifying September. Through four games in the month the 29-year-old accumulated 17 punt returns for 250 yards (14.7 yard average) and two touchdowns, including a 78-yard major. He was named CFL Special Teams Player of the Week following his standout performance in week 13.
This is the first time the seventh year Rider has picked up CFL Player of the Month honours.
